As a gestational surrogate with our network, you carry a pregnancy created through IVF using an embryo that is not genetically related to you. You give intended parents the single greatest gift anyone can give, and you are compensated, protected, and supported — medically, legally, and personally — from your first phone call through your postpartum recovery.

Surrogates tell us three things, in almost every interview.
Modern surrogacy is gestational surrogacy: the embryo is created in an IVF laboratory using the intended parents’ or donors’ egg and sperm, then transferred to your uterus. You have no genetic connection to the baby. Traditional surrogacy — where the surrogate’s own egg is used — is not part of our program.
You are never alone in the process. Our program is anchored by Patients Medical, a physician-led Manhattan practice, and operates alongside Surrogacy4All, a New York State–licensed surrogacy program (License GSP220903) registered with the FDA (FEI #3021544308) and matching families since 2006. Egg donation is a process where a woman (the egg donor) provides one or several eggs (also known as oocytes) for purposes of assisted reproduction, with the eggs being fertilized in the laboratory. Once fertilized, the resulting embryos are transferred to the recipient’s uterus to initiate a pregnancy, or they can be cryopreserved (frozen) for future use.
