$8,000–$20,000 per cycle
$50,000–$60,000 base
Looking for staff opportunities with EggDonors4All?
Ans. No. Egg donors are compensated program participants, not employees. Under ASRM ethical guidelines, donor compensation recognizes the time, effort, and inconvenience of the donation process — it is not a wage and not payment for eggs. Donors receive no salary, benefits, or employment relationship with the agency.
Ans. Egg donation is not employment, but it is a meaningful compensated commitment. Each completed cycle takes roughly 2–3 months from screening to retrieval, and qualified donors may complete up to 6 cycles, receiving compensation of $6,000–$15,000+ for each. Many donors describe it as the most rewarding thing they’ve ever done — but it is a medical and personal journey, not a job.
Ans. Surrogates receive a base compensation of $70,000–$105,000, paid in installments across the pregnancy, plus monthly allowances, maternity clothing, travel, childcare, and lost-wage coverage. Independent legal counsel — paid for by the agency — reviews every contract before you sign. Compensation reflects the time, effort, and physical commitment of carrying a pregnancy; it is never payment for a child.
Ans. Yes. We regularly hire coordinators, recruiters, front-desk staff, medical assistants, and program managers for our New York practice and new offices in Los Angeles, Texas, and Florida. These are genuine salaried positions with benefits. See Current Staff Openings above or email in**@***********ll.com.
Ans. No. Under Canada’s Assisted Human Reproduction Act, paying donors or surrogates is prohibited. Canadian donors and surrogates may only be reimbursed for documented, allowable pregnancy- or donation-related expenses — such as travel, medications, childcare, and lost wages with a medical note — in line with Health Canada regulations. Our Canadian program is fully altruistic and compliant.
Our job is to listen, to connect the dots between your needs and how we can best help you to have your baby.

Egg donation is a process where a woman (the egg donor) provides one or several eggs (also known as oocytes) for purposes of assisted reproduction, with the eggs being fertilized in the laboratory. Once fertilized, the resulting embryos are transferred to the recipient’s uterus to initiate a pregnancy, or they can be cryopreserved (frozen) for future use.
